Order Acknowledgments

All orders will be acknowledged by email after they have been entered onto our computer system. Please check these acknowledgements carefully to ensure all the details are correct.

Customer Collections

Goods can be collected from our trade counter by prior arrangement only. Please telephone, fax or email your order beforehand to enable us to have the goods ready.

Methods Of Payment

CREDIT ACCOUNT: Opening a credit account with us is quick and easy. Simply complete an application form and we will process your request. Account payments are due 30 days following end of month. Payment can be made by bacs, cheque or credit/debit card. A 2.5% charge will apply to all credit card payments.

CASH ACCOUNT: Until a credit account has been opened, customers will be asked for cleared payment 7 days prior to delivery. Payments can be made by credit/debit card. A 2.5% charge will apply to all credit card payments.

Delivery

Deliveries to the postcode areas shown on delivery schedule are made using our own transport. Deliveries to all other areas of Wales and England are sent via carrier.

Delivery Charges

STANDARD DELIVERY:
Orders under £100 (Trade Exc. VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £25.

CARRIER:
Carriage Charges will be advised at time of ordering.

Home Delivery

We are able to offer a home delivery service. A £50 charge is made when this service is requested. A.C. Distribution vans are manned by the driver alone. Please ensure that suitable assistance is available to off-load heavy goods.

Worktops

All worktops must be inspected at the time of delivery. Claims for damaged worktops will not be accepted after they have been signed for. Worktops can only be delivered using our own transport in our delivery area and cannot be delivered via carrier. We will not accept returns of worktops incorrectly ordered.

Where possible we have included technical data on products listed in this catalogue. This information is intended as a guide only. We recommend you consult manufacturers literature for exact specifications.

Damages

Damaged goods should be notified within 7 days. Claims outside this period cannot be accepted. No credit will be issued for damaged goods that have been fitted. Please check products carefully before fitting.

Special Orders

Special order products are non-stock items. These items will be specially ordered on your behalf. All special order products cannot be cancelled and are non returnable.

Returns Policy

Only Products supplied within 30 days or less will be considered for return.

Products being returned as good stock must be in perfect condition and in the original unopened packaging.

A re-stocking charge of 25% (minimum charge 25) will apply to all goods, which are returned surplus to your requirements.

All special order goods (i.e. non-stock items which have been ordered specially) are non-returnable. We will not accept returns of worktops incorrectly ordered.

Fitted products will only be collected if authorised by the manufacturer concerned.

No goods other than those detailed on our collection note will be accepted for return.

Collection of goods does not constitute acceptance that a credit will be issued.

All goods returned will be subject to inspection.
